The Institute for Peace and Dialogue (IPD) offers 3-month Executive Diploma Programs for international participants, available on campus in Switzerland or online.

Programs offered

• Diploma in Leadership & Human Resources Management

• Diploma in Conflicts Management & Mediation

• Diploma in Project Management

Duration: 3 months

Intakes

• Summer: 1 June – 31 August 2026

• Winter: 1 October – 24 December 2026

Location

• Basel, Switzerland

Language of instruction: English, Other languages (German, French, Turkish, Russian) available in limited cases

Study format

• On campus: 48 total hours

• Online: 30 total hours

• Monday to Wednesday

• 09:00–13:30

Accommodation

• Shared or single furnished hotel, hostel, or flat rooms available upon request

Scholarships: Partial fee reductions available, Scholarships do not cover full fees or travel costs
