ISOLearn project recognised as a good practice example in the Erasmus+ programme
The Innovation and Social Learning in Higher Education Institutions (ISOLearn) project was recognised as an example of good practice in the Erasmus+ programme. The project started on 1 October 2014 and ended on 30 September 2016. During the project, guidelines were designed to promote equal opportunities and improve the quality of the higher education offerings to hearing- and visually impaired people. The results of the project are presented in a handbook available on the project website. Among other items, the handbook describes how ICT instruments and tools can contribute to the learning process for both target groups. The project brought together eight partners from four European countries (Italy, Portugal, Slovenia and Sweden). The Slovenian project partner was the University of Ljubljana: the Chair of Social Informatics and Methodology and researchers from the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Social Sciences, Centre for Social Informatics (CSI): Dr. Vesna Dolničar, Dr. Barbara Brečko, Dr. Andraž Petrovčič and Mojca Šetinc.
