The Department of Communication is developing an interdisciplinary scientific discipline that includes various approaches to the systematic study of different types of communication, and looks after related courses and research projects.

The department unites lecturers and researchers from a broad theoretical, empirical and critical area, as well as applicative communications, and looks after the development and image of journalism, media and communication studies, marketing communications and public relations.
