The International office FDV is collecting applications for mobility of students for the purpose of studies within the Erasmus+ program in the academic year 2025/26. The Erasmus+ program allows the student to complete part of the full-time study obligations at any level of study at a partner institution instead of at the FDV. Partner institutions are those institutions with which the FDV has signed an interinstitutional agreement on student exchange in a given academic year.
We recommend students to carefully read the tender documentation in the attachment, which sets out in more detail the purposes, conditions and objectives of the exchange.
APPLICATION:
Students should submit their online application form together with the motivation letter in English via the online application in the web office MyFDV (MyFDV/Forms/Applications for international exchanges/Applications for Erasmus + exchange). If they do not have access to the web office, they should send their application form to office.international@fdv.uni-lj.si by the deadline.
APPLICATION DEADLINE:
The deadline for applications is January 10, 2025, by 24:00.
SELECTION PROCEDURE
For the purposes of the selection procedure, we will assign a ranking position to each applicant, which will be the sum of the study average grade and the grade of the motivation letter submitted at the time of application. Motivation letters will be evaluated by representatives of the departments for international cooperation. If more students with the same ranking position apply to the same institution, we will conduct interviews.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR READING THE LIST OF OFFERED UNIVERSITIES:
Lists of offered universities are published below separately by departments. Students can apply for an exchange only at universities within areas that are consistent with their study program. In doing so, they should search within the table marked for their department and check the courses offered on the website of the host university to make sure that the exchange of courses is consistent and that the chosen university is appropriate. In case of questions when preparing the syllabus abroad, representatives of the departments for international cooperation are available, their list is available HERE.
* Due to the transitional period between the new and the old Erasmus + program and the related signing of interinstitutional agreements, we reserve the right to call for a change in the chosen university. We ask students for understanding.
** This open call also includes the collection of candidates for physical/combined long-term student mobility for the purpose of studying in partner countries of regions 13 and 14 and in third countries that are NOT associated with the Erasmus program in the academic year 2025/26. FDV students can also apply to UK BELFAST01, UK BRISTOL02 and UK COVENTR01 within this call.
INFORMATION DAY
Info Day will be held twice: on December 10 at 10 AM in the Grand Hall FDV and on December 18 at 12AM on Zoom (web link).
