Learning Agreement

The learning agreement is an agreement between incoming student and the host institution. Student selects the subjects she/he wishes to study in consultation with her/his academic advisor at her/his home institution. The draft proposal is then sent to Ljubljana with the application form. The option the student has selected is then considered on the basis of availability and the candidate's ability and academic background. A decision is then forwarded to the candidate and, if both sides agree, the document is considered as a contract. However, departments do have the right to withdraw their courses at any time before the study period begins.
