[CALL FOR APPLICATIONS E+ SMS] Student Mobility for Study Purposes under the Erasmus+ Program in the Academic Year 2026/27

The International Office is invites applications for student mobility for study purposes under the Erasmus+ programme for the academic year 2026/27. The Erasmus+ programme enables students to complete part of their standard study requirements at a partner university abroad instead of at FDV. partner universities are institutions with which FDV has signed an inter-institutional agreement for student exchange for a specific academic year.

We recommend that you carefully review the call documentation attached below, which details the purposes, conditions, and objectives of the exchange, as well as the Regulations on International Student Exchange.

APPLICATION

Submit your online application together with a motivation letter in English via the Moj FDV online portal (MojFDV/Forms/Applications for International Exchanges/Applications for Erasmus+ Exchange). If you do not have access to the online portal, send your application by the deadline to office.international@fdv.uni-lj.si.

APPLICATION DEADLINE

The deadline for submitting applications is January 7, 2026, by 24:00.

To prevent data loss due to session timeout, we recommend preparing your answers in a separate document and then transferring them to the online form. Submissions in the last minutes are discouraged due to possible technical issues or system overload. Late applications will not be considered.

SELECTION PROCEDURE

For the selection process, a ranking position will be determined, which will be the sum of the average grade and the motivation letter grade. Motivation letters will be evaluated by representatives of the departments for international cooperation. In the case of multiple applications with the same ranking for the same institution, selection interviews will be conducted.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR READING THE TABLES OF OFFERED UNIVERSITIES:

The list of available partner universities is published below. You can only apply to universities within the field that matches your study program, so find your department in column E – see also the legend. Look for the courses offered by foreign universities on their websites. For questions when preparing your study plan, representatives of the departments for international cooperation are available; the list is accessible here.

On the website of your chosen university, check the required language proficiency level and necessary certificates, as these requirements may differ depending on the study program or level.
