Enrolment

Candidates must acquire at least 54 ECTS in the first year of the full-time master’s study programme in Social Informatics at the UL-FSS.

The applications must be submitted to the International Relations Office UL-FSS by the deadline set in the Call for Applications.

Selection is based on academic merit and motivation of the students with the relevant language proficiency as a necessary criterion to be met by all candidates.

Participating students must satisfy all the UNISA admission requirements, complete the standard enrolment procedures and submit all the documents needed for the enrolment within the application deadlines of the UNISA.

The enrolment procedure must be carried out through the Office of International Relations and the Student Career Office of the Department of Political and Social Studies at the UNISA.

Important Application Steps

Step 1: Apply for the Double Degree

The Double Degree application must be submitted to the International Relations Office UL-FSS at masa.kolenbrand@fdv.uni-lj.si by the deadline set in the Call for Applications. The application must include:

- Curriculum Vitae, containing personal details, educational background, practical or professional work experiences or qualifications and previous scholarship awards,

- Motivation Letter, and

- Transcript of Records (as at the time of the application submission not all the classes of the 1st semester will be completed, the average grade of the 1st cycle will be taken into account).

All documents must be submitted in English.

Step 2: Apply for the Erasmus+ scholarship

In the Double Degree Application, students should indicate, whether they want to apply for the Erasmus+ grant for the mobility period at the UNISA. In this case, they will be included in the application for the Erasmus+ grant and must follow all the procedures and provide relevant documents in order to receive the Erasmus+ grant.

Step 3: Students will be nominated to UNISA by 31 May

After the confirmation of the selected students, they receive all the relevant information on how to apply and enrol at the UNISA.

Selected students are required to complete the standard enrolment procedures and submit all the documents needed for the enrolment within the UNISA application deadlines.
