Call for enrolment into undergraduate 1-st cycle academic study programmes

Step 2: Check important dates
Open day: 15 and 16 February 2019
Deadline for applicants:
Citizens of the Republic of Slovenia and Citizens of the Member States of the EU:
- first application period: between 12th February and 180th March 2019,
- second application period for programmes with free slots: between 22st and 29th August 2019,
Slovenians without a Slovenian citizenship and foreign citizens from countries that are not member states of the EU:
- application period: between 12th February and 19th April 2019,
Intake: 30 September
Foreign citizens who have a permanent residence in the Republic of Slovenia (RS) and who themselves or their parents/guardians are taxpayers in the RS should apply for enrolment slots for citizens of the Republic of Slovenia and EU.
A certificate of knowledge of Slovenian language for foreign citizens: For the programme Journalism, foreigners must pass an examination of Slovenian language at the intermediate level until August 2019. Send the certificate to the Higher Education Application and Information Service of the University of Ljubljana.
Candidates who have finished their secondary school education abroad will be assessed in the procedure for the recognition of education for the purpose of continuing education. The recognition procedure is a part of the enrolment procedure. The candidate submits the recognition application together with the study enrolment application (on the online eVŠ portal). Step 3: Check tuition costs and scholarships
Admission fee for academic year is 58,16 €
Tuition fee for study is 4.000 EUR (citizens of the Republic of Slovenia and citizens of the member states of the European Union, citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Macedonia and Serbia are not required to pay school fees).
Please note: The confirmation on registration will be issued upon the payment of tuition fee.
Scholarships
You may be eligible for a scholarship to help with your course fees and living costs.
Step 4: Submit you enrolment application
The candidates have to apply through an on-line application in Slovene or in English language. Application is filled on-line on the e-VŠ web portal:http://portal.evs.gov.si/prijava/?locale=en (in English) or https://portal.evs.gov.si/prijava/?locale=sl(in Slovene)
