Welcome Day for International Students 2026

The University of Ljubljana invites international students to attend the Welcome Day, which will take place on 16 September 2026 at 1:00 PM. The event will be held in English.

During the event, you will receive useful information about studying and living in Ljubljana and Slovenia, including health insurance, temporary residence registration, accommodation, subsidised meals and public transport, learning Slovenian, and other activities and services available to international students at the University of Ljubljana.

Participation is subject to prior registration. Registration is open until all available places are filled or until 15 September 2026.
