First presentation of a doctoral dissertation topic – Lenart Rak

Lenart Rak will present his dissertation topic from the field Security Studies with a title: Infrastructure, Investment, and the Varieties of Securitization of China’s Geoeconomic Engagement in Arctic (supervisor: Assist.
