UL affiliation on scientific articles

Dear all,

The Commission for Doctoral Studies at UL warns and calls for strict adherence to the decisions of the Senate of the University of Ljubljana and the Regulations on Doctoral Studies at UL regarding UL affiliation on scientific articles, which doctoral students use as one of the conditions for completing their doctoral studies, as well as all other publications related to doctoral work.

Mentioning the affiliation "University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Social Sciences" is required for all publications related to research work within the framework of the doctoral study, as stipulated in Article 52 of the Regulations on the Organization and Implementation of the Interdisciplinary Doctoral Study Program in Humanities and Social Sciences. This also applies in cases when the doctoral student, mentor, or co-mentor is employed by another organization.
