Enrolment to the additional year of doctoral studies in the academic year 2025/2026

After the 4th year of the doctoral programme, a student may enrol for the additional year of study in the academic year 2025/2026. Enrolment is possible from August 18 till September 30, 2025.

Enrolment in the additional year is not mandatory. If a student wish to have student status for an additional year, he/she must submit a request through the web office MY FDV: OTHERS - FORMS - APPLICATIONS - APPLICATION FOR ADDITIONAL YEAR OF STUDY. A few days after submitting the application, a student receive an enrolment form through web office MY FDV to fill it out online.

Once we have completed your enrolment for an additional academic year, you can print your enrolment certificate in your weboffice MY FDV: »Other« - »Certificates order« - »Download the registration certificate«.

The invoice for the enrolment fee will be sent to your university e-mail and it is also available in the web office MY FDV (button "Other" / "Finance").
