The course focuses on contemporary challenges in the fields of marketing communication and public relations in society today. The fields of marketing communication and public relations are continuously challenged to reflect larger societal changes. Such societal changes might make established practices in both fields obsolete and in need of updating. The course introduces several different topics that reflect contemporary challenges linked to these two areas of study. Such challenges might, but do not exclusively, include issues such as digitalization and focus on sustainability.
