The aims of the course are to provide students with (1) a broad overview of the meaning and design of digital services; (2) trends in digital services in an economic, political and social sense; (3) legal, business, marketing, technological implications in the development of digital services; (4) a general marketing approach, the principles of value proposition and business model design, analysis of market potentials, and the preparation of outlines for marketing strategies for digital services.
