Conditions for obtaining the status of a recognised student artist/culturalist

The status of a recognised student artist/culturalist is obtained on the basis of the supporting evidence that the student attaches to the application form on the online system.

Supporting evidence includes:

• proof of membership of a national or international association or federation of associations in the field of arts and culture, as evidenced by a certificate of membership of the relevant association (art, music, film, dance, theatre, literature, photography, or other); 
• proof of status as an independent artist or cultural worker;
• proof of received awards, prizes, or distinctions for outstanding artistic or cultural achievements at national or international level;
• proof of authorship or participation in the performance of a work of public art at home or abroad.
