1. Introduction to labour and social security law the concept and the development of labour law, international regulation of labour relations, european labour and social security law. 2. Collective labor relations social partnership (collective agreements, social partnership and collective labour disputes) dispute resolution before (arbitration, judicial disputes resolution, labour inspection), workers' participation in management and financial participation, innovation and employment relations. 3. Individual labor relations prohibition of discrimination, conclusion of employment contract, the rights and obligations of workers, termination of employment contarct, safety and health at work. 4. Social legislation legal regulation of labour market, pension and disability insurance, health care and health insurance, social assistence, parenthood and family benefits.
