Short content

The course introduces the latest developments in the area of the communication of social entities. This advanced course deals primarily with the basic concepts within corporate communication including corporate identity, image and reputation. Using different theories and social practices it highlights the principles of identity and reputation management of the various types of brands (corporation, person, place, etc..). Among others, it focuses on corporate communication management practices, problems of integration of different departments within different types of organizations, designing corporate identities, and construction of images. It also addresses the problems of achieving organizational identification and commitment among organizational stakeholders as well as issue management. In this context, it introduces different management methods and communication tools for achieving the desired public image of a particular brand.
