Introduction to the course (goals, work methods, resources) Overview of current international problems in Europe, division of topics and assignments (political, military, economic, social, cultural, energy and environmental, health, migration, demographic and democratic challenges) Conceptual-analytical framework (European states, institutions and regimes; foreign policy analysis, theories of international relations and regional integration; sources and databases) Presentation and discussion of research results on selected topics/issues in Europe Concluding discussion: linking international challenges, international/European research frameworks and results
