History of survey research, modern trends, including AI support. Survey modes (face-to-face, telephone, self-administered). Survey process: pre-fielding (survey mode, sampling, questionnaire development, technical aspects, non-response strategy, management), data collection (contacting, measurement, processing, monitoring) and post-survey activities (data preparation, analysis, exporting, archiving). Profession, ethics and standards. Additional selected topics in contemporary survey research.
