Short content
This course provides an anthropological perspective and reflection on the events that transpire on the social margins. The focus is placed on groups, dynamics and phenomena that are socially excluded and marginalized. The course goes beyond traditional reasons for such exclusion, such as status, skin colour, gender, etc. Instead, marginalization is interpreted as occupying a specific position, topos, which only allows to think about the subversion of the existing norms, values, political systems, economies, etc.
