The objectives of the course are to provide students with (1) a broader insight into the importance and trends in the design of digital services; (2) tools for user analysis and the design of a value proposition; (3) legal, business, marketing, technological implications in the development of digital services; students will learn (4) the general marketing approach, the principles of designing a value proposition and business models, and the analysis of market potentials.
