Short content
Course builds on the knowledge of the fundamental concepts in human resources management (HRM). The issues of HRM are studied in depth, at a higher level of complexity, dealing with strategic dilemmas, strategies and models. Based on the fundamental literature, the course highlights next questions: the position and the role of HRM in the organization's strategy, design of HRM Strategies - best practice vs. best fit, HRM as a cornerstone of strategic advantages, building the workforce in the organization and coordination of its interests, management power, employee voice and legitimacy, efficiency and engagement of employees and their impact on the organization, HRM in various sectors. Consideration of these strategic development issues takes place in project cooperation with organizations and human resource managers.
