Short content

Public relations is the "management of communication between an organization and its publics" and encompasses "the entire process of planning, implementing, and evaluating an organization’s communication with its external and internal publics—groups that influence the organization’s ability to achieve its goals." It is a strategic communication process that builds mutually beneficial relationships between organizations and their publics.
