Short content

Students are introduced to (1) a basic overview of different organizational structures and the concept of learning organization; (2) theory of innovation and diffusion of innovations; (3) the concept of creativity and innovation in the business environment, techniques to promote creativity and design thinking; get acquainted with (4) the concept of digital transformation and the function of business processes based on information and telecommunication support.
