The course introduces the problems of working with people in organizations. Starting with the concept and development of personnel management and highlighting the strategic importance of human resources and shift to human resources management as a basis for finding a balance between the organizational goals and the satisfaction and engagement of employees. Through various theories, models, methodes and practical tecniques, it forms a comprehensive picture of human resources management roles.
