Short content

The course is aimed at exploring and clarifying particularities of television journalism as publicly accepted knowledge. On the one hand, the course deals with theoretical exploration of articulations of television journalism in changing historical, cultural, economic and technological context. On the other hand, the course analyses and evaluates complex connections between journalism and television through teamwork aimed at producing student video assignments by acquiring and using the knowhow of constructing meaning through television photography and video editing. The course is aimed at critical elaboration of television journalism through television medium itself on production, discursive and reception levels.
