Short content

The course emphasizes deepening of understanding of topics such as (neo)contractualism and its critiques and alternatives, (de)ontology of political thought and different critical understandings of ontology and epistemology, sovereignty of power, it's criticisms and alternative positions of political, different understanding of the relationship between one and multiple, alternative conceptualisations of relationship between power, rights and justice, challenges of globalisation and the role of other metaphysics that are entering political philosophical stage. The method of the course is reflexive and stresses understanding the very presuppositions of political philosophical thought. On this basis the course maps political philosophical notions that are inscribed into historical and contemporary political discourses and practices.
