The Centre for Comparative Law employs an interdisciplinary research methodology in co-operation with scholars in Comparative Corporate Law, Comparative Corporate Governance, Law of the EU, Shareholders Law, Labour and Social Law and Law for Journalists. The main objectives of the Centre are the development of different bases for governmental strategies and legislative processes, as well as shaping the starting points of the pedagogical process at the Faculty of Social Sciences.
