Lecture by Professor Chaimun Lee from Daegu University

On Friday, 20 April Professor Chaimun Lee from Daegu University (South Korea) held a lecture titled "A Long Journey of the Korean Diaspora in the Former Soviet Union". Many students and professors who attended the lecture enjoyed the tale of mixed fortunes of Koreans living in former Soviet Union, and learned about the ongoing period uncertainties when many of Korean diaspora, living in Russia would like to establish some ties with the country of their descendants, yet many obstacles stand in the way: above all, the knowledge of the Korean Language.
