EARL's research work presented to the Chinese delegation

On 27 August 2018, the Research Unit member Nina Pejič presented the work of the East Asia Resource Library to the delegation of the Liaison Office of the Chinese Central Government in Hong Kong.

The meeting, organised by the Slovenian Centre for European Perspective in the Castle Jable was part of the Chinese efforts to inform themselves about the various think-tanks and research units dealing with the Belt and Road initiative in the Western Balkans and Central and Eastern European region. EARL was presented by our Research Unit member, who pointed out the importance of studying East Asian region in this part of the world, as well as the importance of connections between various research institutions and organisations.
