The IES is an English-speaking research and education institute at the VUB.
We are looking for a competent and skilled student to support and strengthen our communications/events team.
The student may be involved in:
Design/editing work in InDesign and/or Photoshop
Updating the IES website
Social Media campaigns
Market Research
Updating external listings
Drafting letters and other written material
Compiling html emails
Updating contact lists
Analysis of web statistics
Other tasks as required (reception & events)
Required skills and characteristics:
Fluent English - speaking and writing
Excellent writing skills
Design skills – InDesign and/or Photoshop
Web editing knowledge
Flexibility
Reliability
Desired skills and knowledge:
Mailchimp and/or other email marketing services
Marketing

Google Analytics
We offer a part-time position (hours negotiable) in a friendly and international environment, as part of a small team.
