Join the 13th Brussels European Forum, March 23-29 2014

The Brussels European Forum is an annual conference, organized by the Munich European Forum Association, which brings together students in political science and social sciences to confront issues of trans-European, Atlantic and global significance. The conference gives students the opportunity to debate current political questions, to simulate the political decision making process and to meet with policy makers and experts.

The 13th Brussels European Forum, “Fostering Global Dialogue - Creating Opportunities for Future Generations”, will be held in the La Foresta conference center, near Leuven, Belgium and will facilitate a simulation on three major decision making bodies in the world - the G-20 Committee, the NATO Council and the Council of the European Union. Aside from the negotiations sessions, it will provide participants with the opportunity to attend a one day study visit to the NATO headquarters and EU institutions in Brussels, where they will be welcome by notable speakers working in these institutions.

As a participant of our conference, you will have the chance to:

- Be part of an international affairs conference with students from all over the world

- Gain a deeper understanding of how international organisations work

- Meet policy-makers and experts in Brussels

- Take over the role of heads of states, ministers and journalists

- Represent a country or party position in one of three distinct simulation committees or cover the simulation outcomes as a journalist.
