Udeležba na evropski konferenci na temo komuniciranja zdravstva in zdravja

Od 15. do 17. novembra je v Celovcu v Avstriji potekala European Conference on Health Communication 2023, skupna konferenca Health Communication Divisions of the German Communication Association (DGPuK) in European Communication Research and Education Association (ECREA). V okviru konference so sodelovali tudi Tanja Kamin, Gregor Petrič in Sara Atanasova. Na konferenci je prispevek z naslovom Exploring the impact of online health communities and features of the doctor-patient relationship on empowerment in the doctor-patient relationship: Perspectives of cancer patients and health professionals Sare Atanasove in Gregorja Petriča prejel nagrado za najboljši prispevek konference. Sara Atanasova je z Isabell Koinig v okviru konference organizirala tudi panel z naslovom Empowerment in Health Communication: Conceptualizations, Theory, and Methodological Approaches, v katerem je Tanja Kamin predstavila prispevek What does it mean to be empowered in the field of health and is that enough to improve one’s health? Reflecting on facilitators and barriers of empowerment with the theory of capital, ki ga je pripravila v soavtorstvu s Saro Atanasovo.
