International students Orientation day 2024

 [ORIENTATION DAY AT FACULTY OF SOCIAL SCIENCES]

Orientation day for international students will take place on 30th of September 2024 at 11.00 (11 AM) in lecture room 1. The purpose of this event is to prepare international exchange students for a problem free start to their studies at the Faculty of Social sciences and for their academic, social and daily life in Ljubljana. Students are introduced to the new environment, learn about the faculty and the university, obtain all the necessary practical information that they will need in the coming months and have the possibility to meet their fellow international students. Attending the Welcome and Orientation day is highly recommended and is considered as the official starting date of students’ mobility.

Temporary residence – Special desk at the Administrative Unit Ljubljana & permit documentation review

A special desk for international students will be open at Administrative Unit Ljubljana, from September 24 to October 11. International Student Ambassadors will greet you each working day during that time, offering guidance for submitting paperwork to apply for a residence permit. 

The documentation review will be open from September 24 to October 18, at the premises of Faculty of Arts on Tobačna ulica 5, near Administrative Unit. International Student Ambassadors are there to help you check your documents before you apply.
