Enrolment

Master's study program INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS is open to applicants who:

a) completed at least a 1st level study program in the field of European Studies or International Relations or an equivalent study program obtained according to previous regulations in the Republic of Slovenia or abroad, and accumulated 240 credits;

b) completed at least a 1st level study program in any other field or an equivalent study program obtained according to previous regulations in the Republic of Slovenia or abroad and accumulated 240 credits if, prior to enrolment, they have completed study obligations in the field of international relations or European studies. These obligations are determined by the vice dean and range from 10 to maximum 60 credits;

c) completed at least a 1st level study program in any field, obtained according to previous regulations in the Republic of Slovenia or abroad, and accumulated 180 credits if, prior to enrolment, they have completed study obligations essential for the continuation of studies in the range of 60 credits. These obligations are determined by the vice dean.

The requirements for the implementation of the program is a number of at least 10 students enrolled in full-time study.

Selection criterion in case of restricted admission

Individual elements of the selection will be evaluated in the following manner:

  • Success (grade point average) - worth 50%.
  • Grade achieved in oral or written exam in the fields of International relations, History of diplomacy and Politics of international law in front of an expert committee set by the Department of International Relations - worth 50%.
