Pathfinder Award 2016 for Prof. Dr. Dejan Verčič

Dr. Dejan Verčič has on 30 November 2016 in New York received this year's Pathfinder Award. The award is the highest academic honor of the Institute for Public Relations (IPR), an independent organization dedicated to scientific research in the field of public relations.

Pathfinder Award is given in recognition of an original program of scholarly research that has made a significant contribution to the body of knowledge and practice of public relations. Special consideration is given to an applicant’s lifetime research achievements. The selection committee is particularly interested in scholarly contributions resulting in the publication of major articles, chapters and/or books that integrates this program of research or articulates its importance to public relations research and practice. The award is annual, but only if the judges identify a suitable nomination.
