The book "Web Survey Methodology" is now open access at Sage
In 2015, the book "Web Survey Methodology" was published by Sage. The authors are Mario Callegaro, PhD, from Google and Katja Lozar Manfreda, PhD, and Vasja Vehovar, PhD, from UL, Faculty of Social Sciences, Centre for Social Informatics. It is the leading monograph in the field of web survey methodology and is now available for free in PDF and EPUB3 formats.
The book guides the reader through twenty years of research in web survey methodology. It provides a practical guide to the latest techniques for collecting high-quality survey data and offers a comprehensive overview of research issues. It systematically and insightfully covers the core topics in web survey methodology, including questionnaire preparation, design and testing, recruitment, analysis and survey software.
