Scientific publications of CSI members in 2015
In 2015, the CSI members published one monograph, two chapters in monographs and nine scientific articles in six different scientific journals. Below only the most important are listed.
In May 2015, Prof. Katja Lozar Manfreda, PhD and Prof. Vasja Vehovar, PhD in cooperation with Mario Callegaro, PhD published the monograph Web survey methodology.
Vasja Vehovar, PhD, Andraž Petrovčič, PhD and Ana Slavec, PhD published the chapter E-social science perspective on the survey process: towards an integrated web questionnaire development platform in the monograph Improving survey methods: lessons from recent research. In addition, Ana Slavec cooperation with Daniele Toninelli published the chapter An overview of mobile CATI issues in Europe in the monograph Mobile research methods: opportunities and challenges of mobile research methodologies.
As the leading author Andraž Petrovčič, PhD in cooperation with Leopoldina Fortunati, PhD, Vasja Vehovar, PhD, Matic Kavčič, PhD and Vesna Dolničar, PhD published the article Mobile phone communication in social support networks of older adults in Slovenia in the scientific journal Telematics and Informatics.
Ana Slavec and Vasja Vehovar published the article The role of word frequencies in detecting unfamiliar terms and their effect on response quality in the journal Psihologija.
Jernej Berzelak is the leading author of the article Web mode as part of mixed-mode surveys of the general population: an approach to the evaluation of costs and errors, that was written together with Vasja Vehovar and Katja Lozar Manfreda and published in the journal Metodološki zvezki.
Katja Lozar Manfreda and Vesna Dolničar in cooperation with Hank Herman Nap, PhD published the article Older people's perceptions and experiences of a digital learning game in the journal Gerontechnology.
