The survey unveiled that Baden-Württemberg (DE), País Vasco (ES) and Sjælland (DK) are regions with the best policy framework support and innovation support services among all ITHACA regions. Nouvelle-Aquitaine (FR), Liverpool City Region (UK), Noord Brabant (NL) have relatively strong innovation support services but weak policy support, whereas in Małopolska (PL) there is a strong policy support with low innovation support services. Slovenia is in the worst position, as both, policy support and innovation support services here are low.
