Networking for the cross-border future
The COOP4HEALTHCARE project (Interreg SI-AT project), which is conducted by the research teams of the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Social Sciences, Center for Social Sciences (CDI), and also achieves its goals by liaising with various stakeholders working in the field of long-term care, healthcare, active living and aging. Thus, on the initiative of maierhofer, informed by the COOP4HEALTHCARE newsletter, on Wednesday, January 23, 2020, the first meeting with the Carinthia University of Applied Sciences (CUAS, Austria) was held, UL FDV CDI researchers Vesna Dolničar Ph.D., Simona Hvalič-Touzery, Ph.D., Katja Prevodnik, Ph.D., and the Iskratel and anexia companies. The participants presented their areas of work and future interests in the joint R&D field and identified several common points for future project planning and development. The discussion led to important implications to be used in the materials for the COOP4HEALTHCARE Roadmap, tackling open cross-boarder issues.
The participants decided to establish mutual communication regarding the opportunities in the identified areas, as well as a long-term plan for cooperation in the development of AAL products or services.
