Erasmus+ workshop on teachers competence about cyber violence against girls

As part of the Erasmus+ project “Building Teachers’ Competence about Cyber Violence against Girls”, we organized a multiplier event — a workshop with teachers and other educational professionals. The event took place at University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Social Sciences on 24th of September 2021.

The main objective of the CYBERSAFE MOOC project is to develop a massive open online course (MOOC) on identifying, raising awareness and preventing online violence against girls. The free online course will be aimed at teachers and other educational professionals.

At the workshop we presented the first results of the survey carried out in spring 2021 among the principals of Slovenian primary schools on cyber violence, tested the online tool (Cybersafe toolkit) and other materials that we are developing within the project. The workshop was attended by 11 teachers and school professionals. At the workshop, we thus obtained feedback, comments, suggestions on the prepared materials by future users of these materials. Responses from the participants to both the workshop and the materials presented were very positive.
