Dr. Andraž Petrovčič's Visit to Masaryk University in Brno

Dr. Andraž Petrovčič, a research fellow at the Centre for Social Informatics, visited the Faculty of Social Studies at Masaryk University in Brno (Czech Republic) from March 31 to April 4, 2025.

During his visit, which was co-funded by the Erasmus+ program for staff mobility for teaching and training, he met with members of the Interdisciplinary Research Group on Internet and Society.

He also delivered two guest lectures at the Faculty of Social Studies. For undergraduate students, he gave a talk about digital inequalities, while for postgraduate students, he gave a lecture about the factors, forms, and consequences of proxy internet use and its implications for the digital inclusion of socially disadvantaged and vulnerable groups.
