CYBERSAFE project partners meeting

Barbara Brečko, PhD, member of Centre for Social Informatics, attended CYBERSAFE partners meeting that took place in Laiden, Netherlands on 16th and 17th September. Partners from University of Ljubljana and University of Tartu discussed the framework of cyber violence against women and girls, on which a report will be published in November.

ICDI (International Child Development Initiatives) updated everyone on their work on the CYBERSAFE toolkit which will include the video game and educational guidelines for facilitators (teachers) to use. The partners were also able to test a prototype of the game, being developed by Serious Games Interactive. University of Tartu was also able to present and discuss about the evaluation plan and procedures to be taken in schools for evaluation of the Cybersafe toolkit.

Partners from WAVE Network presented the project dissemination activities and announced that several YouTube videos for the project will be created in coordination with Step Up Youth Ambassadors!
