Guest lectures of professor Benoit Rihoux from University of Louvain, Belgium
During January the 6th and January the 10th, the Department for Social Informatics and Methodology will be hosting professor Benoit Rihoux from University of Louvain, Belgium, as a part of Erasmus plus exchange for professors.
During his visit, prof. Rihoux will held two lectures. The first with the tittle An introduction to “Qualitative Comparative Analysis” (QCA): a growing tool for systematic cross-case comparison will be held on January 7th in room FDV 24 between 10.00 and 12.00. The second lecture with the tittle “Why compare?” The added value of explicit comparison across cases – and tricks of the trade for a solid comparative research design will be held right after the first one in room FDV 24, starting at 12.00 to 14.00.
