Animated presentation of research on collaboration between mentors and mentees

As part of the project Mentoring Relationships in the Processes of Scientific Collaboration and Knowledge Production (project's web page), Asst. Prof. Marjan Cugmas prepared an animation presenting research based on large-scale national data on various forms of collaboration between mentors and mentees. It highlights the ways in which mentorship helps researchers grow, become independent, and integrate into the scientific community. The animation is based on the article Longitudinal patterns of scientific collaboration in doctoral studies, published in Scientometrics  (https://doi.org/10.1007/s11192-023-04900-5).
