Faris Kočan in Studio at 17.00 about the Exclusive Economic Zone in the Northern Adriatic Sea
On Monday, 1 February 2021, assist. Faris Kočan, a member of the Centre of International Relations, participated in the radio show Studio ob 17h (eng. Studio at 17.00). Together with dr. Dimitrij Rupel, former Minister of Foreign Affairs, Aleksander Geržina, Head of the Strategic Communications Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Tanja Borčič Bernard, RTV correspondent from Zagreb, assist. Kočan spoke about the importance of declaring an exclusive economic zone in the northern Adriatic Sea by Italy and Croatia. The discussion touched upon the importance of the exclusive economic zone for Slovenia, the purpose of declaring the exclusive economic zone, and open bilateral issues between Slovenia and Croatia with a view of potential cooperation in the northern Adriatic Sea with the aim of securing a common good.
