BledCom 2017: Early Bird Deadline is on May 5

BledCom Program Committee invites you to the 24th International Public Relations Research Symposium on June 30 and July 1, 2017 in Bled, Slovenia. This year, a reduced Early Bird Registration Fee (355 Euros) saves you 45 Euros, if you register by May 5, 2017. Note that the registration fee includes 22% VAT as per EU rules. The main topic of BledCom 2017 is »CSR in Hypermodern Times«. We propose the following as some of the topics that are subsumed in BledCom’s 2017 theme: corporate social responsibility (CSR), CSR communication, inbound (behavioral) CSR and outbound (symbolic) CSR, CSR reporting, Spirituality, religion, and CSR, CSR in the digital world, CSR and mediatization, CSR and international migrations.

Abstracts should be between 500 and 800 words (including title and keywords) and can include up to 5 references (we prefer APA style). Panel proposals are also welcome. Please note that as has been the norm, BledCom welcomes ALL papers that are relevant to public relations and communication management beyond papers that discuss the conference theme.

Both paper abstracts and panel proposals should be submitted via email to bledcom@fdv.uni-lj.si no later than 1 February 2017 (Midnight CET). Decisions will be made by 1 March 2017. Full papers of no more than 6.000 words will be due by 1 September 2017.
