Students get familiar with (1) a basic overview of the different organizational structures (private, public, virtual, a spin-off company ...); get acquainted with (2) a function of business processes based on information and telecommunications support - e-commerce (e.g.: CRM, value-added chain / value chain, knowledge, virtual marketing, teleworking, digital services to support the functioning of the organization); and through presentations are given an insight into (3) the creation of organizational innovation environments, massive funding and start-ups offered by the Internet. In this course, the students will learn the basic principles of leadership and innovation creation (impetus) companies and organizations (at the level of the entire organization and individual / job) changed by ICT; redefinition of the role of information technology that transforms the nature of everyday life and work; legal aspects of digital services (e.g. the PSI, IPR, IPTD).
