By means of simulations and learning-by-doing method students will get acquainted with specific communication methods and techniques with a special emphasis on topics as follows: importance and purpose of group work; recognition of individual potentials of group members; differentiation between group work, training, presentation and management; learning about oneself to better fit into a group; basics of group psycho-dynamics; elements of successful public appearance and rhetoric; role and necessary skills of a competent group leader; preparation and implementation of efficient group communication processes; communication tools to ensure relaxed and creative group communication; conflict solving and mediation; basic techniques for expression of ideas; basic techniques to reach a lasting and inclusive group consensus; basic planning group techniques such as strategic planning, SWOT analysis, Infra plan etc.
