The course Journalism and the Internet provides a theoretical toolkit for examining journalism-technology relationship which historically grounds newswork, journalism's roles in the society and prevailing meanings of news in the processes of political life. The course contextualizes the theoretical knowledge when analyzing articulations between journalism as practice and internet as a technological framework which are importantly defined by the processes of late-modern society of the last two decades.
